Too old, think again

If you think you’re too old or too ‘….’ to do something, then think again. Take inspiration from Bob Hayes, an 89-year old runner, who started running at age 61. He runs a min of 30 races a year of varying distances, including 50 milers.

Bob had always made fun of his two sons who ran, until the day he tried it for himself. His work for the US forestry department and on his own farm has kept him in good form all his life. Perhaps his preference for the hard way over the easy, has also contributed to his fitness, strength and never-say-die attitude. :)

Now a film is about to come out on Bob Hayes.
