Consistency and hard work

At the age of 84, Lew Hollander competed in and finished a triathlon. This effort won him the title of being the world’s oldest man to do so, and Lew isn’t about to quit any time soon. Many ask him what his secret to success is. Lew’s answer is simple: consistency, hard work, daily exercise, real food.
